killing time now before I have to go for practice with my sister..haha we decided to join this talent night showcase thing (something like RGS night) at her hall..quite SCARED cos i've never done anything like this before..well I do recall performing a percussion act with my section during RGS night back in sec 3 but that was in a big group..tmr night its just me and my sister! i'm on drums and singing while my sis is on piano and singing..i just hope hope we at least sound OK. hehe but its been fun doing this with her :)

haha my elder sister had a piano concert of her own back in singapore just recently tooo..hehe she was telling me how she was so relieved after her performance, she let out a scream once she got backstage, not realising that the door had not yet shut properly so the audience heard her loud and clear..hahah but i'm glad things went well for her :) really wish i could have been there to hear her play. heheh lucas didn't go for the concert cos it was way past his bedtime..but then when asked, he said his mummy "played a sad song by Chopin".

so where has my last month gone to....erm..the usual stuff i suppose..ILP, work, music...gah music is seriously starting to drive me crazy..what with the many many assignments and assessments..i'm already looking forward to summer break and HOME. hehe my ILP supervisor is really so nice..she says i can go back home earlier this year as long as i get the data collection part settled by then..i can write up the actual report back home..so if things go as planned..i can go home a few weeks earlier than expected:)

haiii. don't know why..but recently i've just been feeling rather caged in..like i want to do more with my life but don't know what. its probably the effects of ILP...one year of doing this rubbish has just made my mind wander...i want to travel! i want to bungee jump! i want to go skiing again! i want to go see the northern lights! been looking into possible elective destinations for final year also..its pretty exciting just thinking about the places we might be going to..yay can't wait. for both electives and final year. the end is near!
