haha wow has it been 2 weeks since my last post already? doesn't quite feel like 2 weeks..feels like just yesterday i set off that alarm..hahaha.

so its friday again (yay!)..things to do by next monday..my music review and the focus group draft for my supervisor..plus the weekly quiz i have for aural music class..haha i was so nervous yesterday during the aural test..the teacher made each of us sing individually in front of half the class..i was so nervous my voice was literally shaking. hahah my classmate was sweet and tried to calm me down..but i think i'm just not able to sing when i know everyone can hear me..haha the only place i can sing is in church i think..when everyone else is singing too and i feel like just belting out the lyrics :)

ooh yes and i managed to get away with buying just one textbook..haha olivera (isn't that a pretty name?) suggested sharing books and we'd each photocopy the pages we needed each week for one another..abit ma fan but i guess its worth saving over $100..especially since i just received the red light fine i've been dreading for the last 2 weeks..i guess some part of me was still hoping i'd gotten away with it..sigh lesson learnt. a very very EXPENSIVE lesson :( thats more than 15hours worth of pay gone down the drain...booooo...

celebrated quite a few birthdays (four in total?) last weekend..haha so many august babies..all conceived during christmas cheer i suppose..hahaha. oh well if you count national day back home thats five birthdays! happy birthday singapore :) yes really i do love singapore. for being efficient, for being familiar, for the feeling of security. and although there are things i do complain about and wish people would change, i really am happy to be a singaporean :)

ooh and i like this photo..we look happy!:) perhaps the effect of hot chocolate on a cold winter's night at lindt cafe... :)
