home again! :)

the house feels alot quieter this holidays..what with my sister still in sydney..and the parents having their own happening social lives..leaving poor me alone at home now. hahah then again i guess i've been mostly out since coming back..my mum was chiding me for my eyebags yesterday..ironically i've been getting less sleep since coming home..haha thanks to mahjong, sleepovers at my sister's and late dinners..

oh yes..i got a new camera! sadly my old one cost a ridiculous amount of money to fix so i decided it'd be more worth it to just get a new one. but i shan't complain, since i'm really happy with my new camera! it cost $$$..but hahah as pips told me, we shouldn't scrimp on some things..hehe and i did get a good price on it i think..great singapore sale!:)

cindy's on a plane to london as i type this.. :( but i did get to spend one fun week with her :) take care you! and have loads of fun in europe k. will miss you.

haha lucas saw my nice shiny new camera and demanded that i take portraits of each and every one of his little toy trains..plus he gave me a detailed lesson on the names of all his precious trains :) so i now know all the names of the members of the thomas and friends family.

plus a few many others which i shan't bore u with..haha he just loves thomas and friends..and basically anything to do with trains..kids these days have so many nice toys. haha well thomas and friends have been around for awhile i suppose..but lucas really does have quite a nice toy collection. i guess there are perks to being the first and very much loved little boy in the family.

huh..who'd have thought that talking trains with faces and personalities would turn out to be such a big hit. apparantly there's a huge thomas and friends world (similar to disney world) in japan! haha with life-size trains and rails..and why japan of all places..don't the japanese have enough of their own japanese characters like doraemon (thats the big blue earless creature right) or hello kitty?
