its been a lazy/rainy week!and a nice weekend:) its only the second week of ILP and my supervisor's been pushing at me to get out my literature review draft..but oh well. she pushes nicely. and she's been very helpful:)

i'm impressed with how passionate some people can be..regarding matters that people of the general population (like me) hardly give a second thought to..like my supervisor. she's really dedicated such a large part of her life to the topic in question..to the extent that she lectures, holds conferences, organizes workshops and publishes papers about it..when most people would just go "huh?" when i tell them what i'm working on for the whole of the year..hahah. maybe thats why God put so many people on earth..so everyone can find their own interests and contribute/share their own individual passions with the rest of the world..

hehe so i finally got around to downloading photos onto my computer..so here are random shots from the year..

And then it was goodbye to louisa tooo..hahah on the heels of a very mad night of moving all her stuff into storage..it was quite a night of physical activity :p haha thank goodness adam was there to help..and he insisted on carrying all the heavy stuff like a perfect gentleman :)

fish market:) heh like i mentioned its been a very rainy week..hhaha but the weather yest morning was perfect for us..i think i've settled my sashimi and seafood cravings for awhile now:)

hehe today was nice too:) went for church..then i accompanied my sister in her quest for some much-needed retail therapy..hai i'm sorry to say this..haha but retail therapy really does work. its hard not to be materialistic in our world.

haha oh and i followed deb's link on her blog to earn rice for the poor! i thought it was a scam at first too but now i think its legit. heh. anyway its just a simple word game..help feed the hungry!:)
