I've been on a badminton fetish these couple of weeks..started with badminton with the band girls last week..then on monday I played with ollie & lm..and tmr's another session with the band girls:) it really is nice seeing the band girls on a regular basis. heh yay and tennis at ollie's place next week!

Poor lucas has been feeling abit under the weather this week :p he woke up one morning with rashes..the doctor diagnosed him with false measles! didn't realise there was such a thing..its not too serious & is supposed to go away by itself..but his temperature was abit higher than normal and we gave him some strawberry-flavored child version of panadol:) we had to shoot it with a syringe down his throat..poor kid. I guess it's weird but I vaguely remember actually liking the taste of cough syrup when I was a kid. ohoh and I thought the orange-coloured cold medicine wasn't too bad either. was it just me being weird or did anyone else think the same? :p

My stomach's been feeling funny all night..it might have been lunch..I had muthu's curry at suntec..(heh yes pips I decided to try it after your recommendation!) It wasn't my first time there, haha but this time the indian waiters were all dressed up in oriental outfits for cny..they were decked out in chinese hats and chinese-print silk shirts..quite cute:) and I think I might have eaten too much indian ice-cream for dessert..which explains my stomach-ache now :p

oh and I had this weird dream last night, in which I had super powers and had to save the world. must be a result of watching too many hero-themed dramas like heroes and 4400..but it's cool to imagine:) actually, I guess each of us do have our individual special powers, in terms of our individual strengths, though I suppose we never really think of them as 'super powers'..its like how I would admire and respect someone for a talent in cooking, or for being a good mother, but then that person wouldn't think too much of it..but I think it's interesting how other people can see things in us that we can never see ourselves, and how we can see in others what they can't see themselves:) People sometimes say they wish they had a super power, but I think everyone already does:)
