I'm gonna miss lucas so so much when I have to leave again..heh among other things of course..but children just have this undescribable nature of capturing your heart:) here are just some of his quirks..
![]() Lucas and his walker! haha he loves it..its his first chance at being able to independantly move about by himself:) chris thinks he resembles a waiter pushing around a dimsum trolley.. "siew mai? char siew bao?" ![]() haha the first thing he does when opening up his toy box is to turn the box cover on its front and nestle himself comfortably in it:) and then my sister will push him around on the box lid:) haha he'd rather do that first than actually play with the toys in the box:) ![]() today my mom gave him some fake rubbery spiders she had lying around (I don't know why she has them in the first place) haha but he wasn't scared at all..instead he grabbed them by the legs and dangled them in front of me and my mom's faces:) I really hope he doesn't do the same thing if he sees any real spiders. ![]() heh here's lucas attempting to smash the spider with kyle. (who looks pretty scared) ![]() and then he smashes kenny into my head :P
his sweeter moments range from giving me kisses on the cheek to gentle pats on the head:) and his recently-acquired speech abilities has him stringing babbles of random words together..he just goes "doi-doi-doi-doi" in a sing-song voice which I assume is him trying to sing..I think he'll grow up to be a music person:) even now he hums random melodies to himself as he runs about the room or plays with his toys:) its hard to believe that this time exactly a year ago I was changing his diapers and he could fit into the cradle of my arm.. I guess most children have their little quirks..but it's quite amazing to think that even at such a young age we show traces of individual character in actions or words here and there..but most of us don't remember it. I recall reading somewhere that its cos we literally have different brains when we're adult as compared to when we're young toddlers..that our brains sort of develop and change into one that is of a completely different level to when we're kids..so adults are able to do things that kids can't, like lie, or other evil things :P no wonder God says that children are the most innocent of creatures. ~me~ at 1:35 AM | ||
