A really nice day!heh although it got to a shakey start..for starters I missed 3 buses to the mrt cos they were crammed full of scgs & sji people. & someone was late meeting me. haha:) but you were worth the wait la of course:)

me and cindy went to this jap place at marina square for lunch today..still can't quite recall the name of the place..but what I do remember is that the food there was pretty yummy:) anyway me and cindy had a nice lunch laughing about the silliest things, from the weird garlic-looking fish eggs on my rice, to her salmon rice entirely wrapped in seaweed which made eating it pretty tough. the stuff these is kinda fusion I guess:) but the best part was dessert! haha I managed to remember that I had my camera before we gobbled down our ice-cream with mango milk..

It's like mango-flavoured ice kachang with ice cream, only tons better:)

we spent awhile savouring our dessert, enjoying green tea & just talking..heh :) afterward we went shoe-shopping, scouting for random stuff around marina square, & outlined our next possible food escapade targets. haha & xinli you can join us the next time!:) you were missed today:) Yay hopefully the next couple of months will pass by in a whiz..

Was pretty full after lunch, but then dinner followed not too much later at queensway. haha oh and for those who haven't tried it yet, the avocado milkshake at queensway is good! heh thanks for the recommendation cindy! the weirdly bright green colour of the drink doesn't look too appetising..but I like it:) hope you enjoyed dinner lionel:) sorry I can't be here for your real birthday.
