its really cold now!I've been holed up in my room a lot more now cos I keep my heater on all the time and its nice and cosy in there:)

I just came back from clinical today!!at least our tutor showed up today..but he was half an hour late :P well at least we got to talk to patients today again..the patient I talked to was a 34 year old who had just had a tumour removed from her panreas..but it was kind of awkward cos we were talking to her while the nurse was dressing her wound and she was clearly in a lot of pain..
I also felt pretty bad..cos we were supposed to be asking about her social history..then we asked her about how she'd been affected by the operation and she was talking about all the stuff that she wouldn't be able to do anymore..sometimes I feel bad for disturbing the patients..yep they do agree to talk to us but I still feel like I'm intruding somehow..

anyway, yep its the start of another week today!!so fast..my weekend really flew by..it was quite fun:)I went to imax theatre on friday night cos I had a free ticket..we watched this documentary abotu sharks in 3D!the screen was huge..and darling harbour's beautiful at night:)

yep then on saturday night we had an overnight mahjong session at my friend's apartment!!haha quite fun..we were really just playing for fun..we were all pretty much amateurs but we had fun playing and snacking:)but the only thing is my friend didn't have a heater!!so we were freezing cold..

anyway I've got a busy week ahead..I've gotta finish up my draft for my genetics assignment and diabetes project is coming up soon!sorry if I don't update as often guys..sigh but its rare I get the internet to do leisure stuff now cos we usually let the people who need the internet for work purposes to use it first..sigh..anyway I'm seriously considering apartment life next semester..

5 more weeks to home!!!:)
