Yet another week begins. Its 9 days to chinese new year, 19 days to the wedding and 20 days to tasmania. I'm almost done with packing my boxes, and managed to successfully squash my pillow into the vacuum bag :) oh and everyone keeps asking, so I'll just post my flight details here.

SQ 8.40pm

Buster's surgery went well. The surgeon removed a large piece of carrot and corn (??probably from the rubbish) that were stuck in his stomach. I think buster's problem is that he doesn't chew. He just swallows. Greedy boy. So he'll be on a special diet for a while now, since 10cm of his small intestines were cut off as well. Apparantly the carrot and corn started decomposing and were eating away at the front parts of his small intestines. Ouch. So alls well and buster should be back to his frisky, playful self in no time. Oh and the surgery's probably going to cost us about $1000++. Ouch. But I'm glad buster's fine now. The house has felt so much quieter without him this past 5 days. Haha I know even my mom misses him although she won't admit it. She misses having him around to tease and make funny faces at.

This has been a weekend full of talky, emotional moments and I'm feeling rather...hmm can't find a word for the feeling.

Our Lord never promised that we wouldn't have to face the storms of life, but He did say, "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
