I had my first tuition job in eons today. Haha actually I've only stopped for about a month but its felt like a really long time..I couldn't even write properly, and I had to pause to think about certain chemistry terms again..heh but I felt like my old teaching self again after the first hour. Hard as it is to believe, I'll actually miss tuition when I go off to tasmania. Sometimes I wonder how things would have turned out had I chose teaching as a career instead.

Anyway, I'm glad for these last few tuition jobs before I go off. I had originally planned to end my tuition career in december but a couple of students wanted me to teach them until the last possible week before I leave. Haha and I got a raise!Heh it'll only be a bit more money for a month or so but even so. My student today is my very first tuition student ever so it feels nice to be ending with her as well.

After tuition I got tired of waiting for the bus (plus there was a ridiculous traffic jam) so I took the 30-minute walk back home. It had been raining the whole afternoon so it was nice and cool plus the walk didn't seem that long with music to keep me company..I like long walks. They give me time to think :)
